Should I Remove Systembooster.live and what is this program?

Internet users know of the dangers that lurk in the web. At least, in theory. And, since most want to avoid having to suffer grievances, they do their best to protect their PC from infection. It’s a valiant effort. Unfortunately, sometimes, it backfires. Optimization programs are considered a great way to defend your PC from threats. And, most of them truly do a great job. But, there are people, who have come to exploit that notion. Cyber criminals have started to prey on the naivety and fear of users. They began to masquerade their infections as system optimization tools. One such tool is the Systembooster.live one. Make no mistake. Systembooster.live is a mere website. But, once you open the site, you land on a full-blown ad for ‘Advance System Care.‘ What is Advance System Care? Well, the page contains a description! But, here’s the thing. Don’t even bother reading it. It’s a lie. The website, the program it advertises. It’s all a heap of lies. Don’t buy the bogus promises. Look past the sugary layer of marketing, and you’ll see. You’re getting played for a fool. Run far from the fraudulent program, and the website, baiting you into getting it. Whatever you do, do NOT install the Advance System Care optimization tool. It will do everything but optimize your system.

How did I get infected with?

The Systembooster.live website doesn’t pop up for not. It cannot appear out of thin air, one day, and take over your screen. There’s a reason for its presence. And, it’s called malware. There’s some malicious program, lurking on your PC. And, it’s that program, which forces the page on you non-stop. It can be adware, hijacker, anything. It infiltrates your system, and wastes no time to corrupt it. But how did the infection even managed to invade? Well, the short answer is, you allowed it. Let’s explain. Most cyber threats cannot enter a user’s system without asking permission. They have to seek your permission on their admission. And, unless you give it, no access. It seems simple enough, but there are ways around it. Sure, they ask if you agree to allow them in. But, they do it in the sneakiest way possible. Like, hiding behind corrupted links or sites. Or, posing as a bogus update. Or, via spam email attachments and freeware. Freeware is among the easiest entry points. That’s because, when installing it, users often rush to ‘get it over with.’ And, end up paying for their haste. Caution is your best friend when dealing with tools, updates, or anything you get online. Always apply due diligence, for it goes a long way. And, it can save you an avalanche of troubles. Take the time to read the terms and conditions when installing freeware. Know what you agree to allow into your PC. Even a little extra attention is better than none. After all, carelessness leads to infections. Caution helps to keep them away.

Why is this dangerous?

When Systembooster.live pops up, you get acquainted with the Advance System Care program. Its description reads that it’s “Your Personal PC Protector.” You can use it to “Clean, optimize, and speed up your PC now.” And, that sure sounds amazing! But, the praise continues. Advance System Care “keeps your PC running smooth, fast and error free.” And, then you see it. “To fix these (errors), you need to purchase the activation key.” And, there it is! That’s how the criminals make money off of you. They trick you into believe you need something that you, most certainly, don’t. Then, once you fall for it, you have to pay to get it. If you wish to benefit off the overpraised services of Advance System Care, it costs you 19.95 USD. Of course, you can download a free version. But that only points out your problems. It cannot fix them. That’s up to the full version. The one, you pay for. In reality, the program can’t even perform scans. Let alone, discover issues. All you see as a ‘result’ is fear-mongering. The scare tactics tend to work. They dupe you into buying a useless program that ends up harming you. Don’t fall for the deceit. Do NOT trust the Systembooster.live, or the Advance System Care tool.
